insight eighty i can't even deny it. i am obsessed with you. it's like a wave of emotion has washed over me, and i see how much i have fallen for you, how much i have fallen flat on my face for you. im obsessed with the way you look at me when i smile, your eyes dead set on my lips as i tease you. im obsessed with the way you hold me tight, and wrap your arms around me, keeping me close. im obsessed with your face when you're resting, sleeping so pure and precious. im obsessed with your touch and your hands tracing on my back, your fingertips so light and smooth. im obsessed with your laugh when i say something stupid, sighing in disappointment but still smiling in love. im obsessed with the way you make me feel and the support you give me, holding me and letting me ramble about everything in my head, not wavering when my voices cracks in near-set tears. im obsessed with everything you : your life, your family, your hobbies, your dislikes - i want to know it all and more....

insight seventyfive a emotional note  it's the little things, building up into a pile on unnecessary darkness that sits in my head, waiting for one small this to make it all collapse as tears down my face. whether it the physical sickness or disappointment when looking in the mirror, or not being good enough at my job. the need to pause time and focus on the things I want to achieve but haven't the time with life flowing too fast. the slight of comment or laughed joke that maybe hits a nerve or dives into a place I don't wish to reenter. i'm tired of being the person I am, having certain things happen the way they do, experiencing things I don't want to remember. my memory and mind is a blessing, a curse and a prison all at the same time. but right now, it's hell.

insight twentythree Sometimes it's the tranquil silent that surrounds you as you sit in wendy house at the bottom of a garden that makes you realise the pure beauty of nature. Listening to the bird that sweep in-n-out the trees and the cars that buzz by with people driving within, people who you do not know. It's not that you've ignored their conversation, or that you've never spent the time to visit their living space, it is the innocent factor of that you have never seen their face, nor seen their piercing smile with the small dimples in their cheeks; they're merely a stranger in your life. And as i sit dimly lit by golden lantern on my right, that sits by a peach drink - just perfect for the spring season - i read my book alone in my own thoughts, dangerous but calm. And a small smile grows on my face as the words on the page relate to a boy i know and love. Even though he does not know i'm thinking of him and doesn't know that all these ideas bring me ...

insight nineteen it's hard to explain depression to someone who doesn't suffer it. it's like a rucksack on your back, that is full of bricks, weighing you down and making you constantly feel empty and down. even when you sleep, you feel the bag, making it uncomfortable to sleep. sometimes it gets heavier, making some days worst that others. some people add bricks, making it worse for you to keep smiling throughout that day. sometimes suddenly you feel weak, and you cant smile, and the bricks push you down, further down into a vortex of unwanted thoughts and sadness. each day, i wish i could forget it all, but i cant. i feel my eyes become weary and i just want to curl up in bed and sleep, forget about my problems, expectations and issues inside my head. even sleep doesn't help, doesn't refresh me, doesn't help, just makes me more exhausted. the sleepless nights make me worse. why. why do i push everyone away, people who actually treat me right i push away,...

insight sixteen oh gosh how i love him, the way he laughs and then smiles at me, the way his hair flops and brushes through my fingers, the colours of his eyes when they look into mine, the funny nature he has and the caring character he hides from everyone else. his protectiveness over family and how much he cares, its the sweetest thing that i know. the time i spend with him is my favourite time of any week, the time we can spend alone together, just sitting, watching the sun set, talking about anything and everything. oh gosh how i miss him, how i miss his touch, how i miss his hugs, the warmth of his cheeks against my shoulder. i miss his presence, that instantly boosts me up from my normal pit of despair. i miss his everything, and i miss his kiss. oh gosh how amazing he is. a person who is so simple yet complex that sometimes i laugh at how much his personality differentiates. the funny, joking character he plays at school is nothing compared to the person he is ar...
